This is why I joined the private industry to provide my 25+ years of hands on and educational experience to give children and youth as well as their families, the most support and service possible.

I Can…
…Provide Assessment, Consultation and Treatment.
I can address the needs of the child or youth as well as support parents and caregivers. As a client-centred clinician I understand that each individual, their situation and their needs are unique. I am able to work with and provide recommendations to others to better meet the client’s needs or I can be involved with short or longer term treatment.
…Work Virtually or In Person.
I can see the child or youth in their own home if they live in the Southwestern Ontario area in the vicinity of London, St. Thomas, Chatham or Tillsonburg, or I can work virtually if distant visits are necessary or desired.
…Address Function.
I can provide a holistic assessment of the child or youth that considers their environment as well as what they need and want to do in their daily routines. I can explore and gain insights into their functional difficulties to increase their independence, occupational development and help them to transition into desired roles currently and in the future.
Who Am I?
I am an Occupational Therapist with 25+ years of experience in mental health with extensive experience working with children and youth as well as adults.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Human Development.
I have worked in a children’s treatment centre, in child and adult psychiatric units, in school health services, and child and family community agencies.
I have been an educator in Occupational Therapy Master’s Degree programs for 14 years, clinically supervised 100+ occupational therapy students, and have published a number of journal articles.
I am a leader and advocate for change in child and youth mental health services as I have a passion for the care of children and youth with mental health challenges.
I am registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

General Rates: $90 CAD per hour + $0.60 per km travelled
